Can I renovate my Paris apartment while living abroad?
Yes, that is what we are set up for: a pre-purchase visit if you are buying, one contract with us, a project manager on site, and an online tracking page with dated photos. Each payment is only due once the stage has been verified.
How much does a renovation cost in Paris?
On our own completed projects in older Paris apartments, the median cost is €861 per m² excluding VAT. Our indicative range for a full renovation is €900–1400 per m² including VAT, depending on condition and finishes.
