Any work not included in the quote is presented to you in writing, with its price, before it is carried out. Nothing starts without your signature.
For every item included in the quote, the price is fixed: it does not change during the works.
Each payment follows the schedule in your quote and only becomes due once the stage is finished and verified by your project manager. You follow everything online.
The common areas used by the works (entrance, staircase, lift, landings) are protected and left clean.
During the works, your project manager answers each of your questions within 48 business hours, by phone or in writing.
You receive the works schedule when you sign. If a delay appears, you are told as soon as it is known, with its cause and the new schedule.
These guarantees are mandatory for every building contractor in France. We list them so you don’t mistake them for our commitments.
All defects reported at handover or during the following year must be repaired (garantie de parfait achèvement).
Equipment that can be removed without damaging the building (taps, radiators, shutters…) must work (garantie biennale).
