We: A project manager visits the apartment, measures it, identifies the type of building and its constraints (co-ownership, structure, networks) and lists the work with you.

We: Three contractors from our network each price your whole project on that same specification.
You: Nothing: we organise any contractor visits needed.

We: We present the three offers side by side: total price, duration, guarantees and item-by-item detail, with our reasoned recommendation.

One contract and the paperwork
We: You sign a single contract with La Plateforme des Travaux. We prepare the mandatory surveys (asbestos, lead), the file for the syndic and the general meeting, and the planning declaration if needed.
You: You sign and send the useful co-ownership documents.
You get: A works schedule and a single contact. - 6
Managed works, then handover
We: We coordinate the trades in the right order, protect the common areas and keep you informed online. At the end, we organise the handover with you.
You: You follow progress and approve the handover.
You get: A handover report, any snags fixed, certificates and guarantees.

Are you an independent comparison website?
No, and we say so clearly: we are a general contractor. We put three contractors from our network in competition on your whole project, then we sign with you and manage the site.
Do I have to follow your recommendation?
No. Our recommendation is reasoned and written, but you freely choose one of the three offers.
Who is responsible if a problem occurs?
La Plateforme des Travaux. You signed one contract with us: we are your contact for any question during and after the works, including the guarantees.
Do I need the co-ownership’s approval?
Purely private works usually don’t. Works affecting common parts or the building’s exterior (load-bearing wall, shared pipes, windows) must be approved by the general meeting. We prepare that file with you.
How much do the visit and the comparison cost?
Nothing: the visit, the measurements and the comparison of the three quotes are free. You only pay for the works you decide to entrust to La Plateforme des Travaux.
