When do I pay during the works?
According to the payment schedule in your quote: each payment matches a stage. It only becomes due once the stage is finished and verified by your project manager. You are told by email, with the amount and a link to your tracking page.
Who verifies that a stage is finished?
Your project manager, on site. They record the date, can add a note and photos. If something looks unfinished to you, you tell them before paying.
And if I disagree about a stage?
Tell your project manager before paying. They come back to check the point with you, have it redone if needed, and the answer is noted in your site log.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You receive a personal, private link to your site. It works on phone and computer, from anywhere.
Are the photos public?
No. They are stored privately and only shown through your tracking link.
