A project manager visits the apartment (with you, your agent or someone you trust), measures it and lists the work with you. You get a detailed specification.

You sign one contract with La Plateforme des Travaux. We prepare the mandatory surveys, the file for the syndic and the general meeting, and any planning declaration.

Your project manager runs the site. You follow stages, photos and the log online, and pay each stage once it is verified.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to come to Paris during the works?
Not necessarily. The visit can take place with your agent or someone you trust, the works are run by your project manager, and you follow them online. You can come only for the handover, or have someone represent you.
How do I vote at the building’s general meeting from abroad?
If the works need the co-owners’ approval (load-bearing wall, windows, shared pipes…), you can vote without attending: by postal voting form, by proxy, or by video if the syndic offers it. We prepare the resolution and the technical file.
In which language are the documents?
Quotes, contracts and official documents are French legal documents. Your English-speaking project manager explains them, and we answer your questions in English, by phone or in writing.
How fast do you reply, given the time difference?
During the works, your project manager answers each question within 48 business hours (Paris time), by phone or in writing. For a new project, we contact you within 24 business hours.
Who is responsible if something goes wrong?
La Plateforme des Travaux. You sign one contract with us, so we answer for the works, including the guarantees. Ten-year liability insurance with Entoria.
